raise to 17d9 for about 30 seconds when released with the command

Walkthrough

    Do the quest for the "pass of reason" first
    Go to the cavern (south and east from the library, through the bricked up wall).
    Go to the wyrm
    say yes or say no to the first question
    say yes to the second question
    He asks you for three items :
        Amazon chakram (paradise island)
        A white candle (Ghostly mobs in gilikak have them)
        Token of gilikak (Pray at statue of gilikak in Orders Domain) 
    Go to gilikak in his sanctum (Guard outside his door has the key)
    say wyrm
    Go back to the wyrm
    Gilikak will rush in and kill the wyrm, now comfort gilikak
    say child
    Go back to gilikak in his sanctum
    He will drop the god-slayer
    say wyrm
    Listen to his story and pick up the chit he drops
    Find jocelyn (She teleports around the mud so she can be anywhere)
    When you find her say zanthgiltor
    say gilikaks
    She then will give you another chit
    Go back to gilikak in his sanctum
    say jocelyn lives
    say I saw jocelyn
    He will then drop an ivory crystal
