Aviarans call the mountaintops of the realms home; however, they are rarely found here. They prefer to soar high above their 10,000 square mile territory. Aviarans are slightly shorter than humans and slightly lighter than humans but have a wingspan four times longer than their height, affording them the ability to stay aloft for as long a time as they desire. Their hollow bones give them a great disadvantage in their ability to carry large items and battle on the ground, so they have learned to use enhanced wisdom and intelligence when in battle. While Aviarans are less dextrous with their hands than humans, they are slightly more dextrous over all.
