The Centaur has the torso of a human attached to the body of a horse. It stands on average, nine feet tall and has its equine parts great strength and constitution. Due to its unusual build it is unable to wear armor on its legs or feet, but it is also the fastest race in the Realms. Centaur herds tend to be found in sylvan locations and seem to have an affinity for elves. They tend to consider Gith mortal enemies.
