Speed, Movement, and Vision capabilities of races

The following is a chart of the abilities of each race. Maximum speed affects the delays put into the movement system. A party will only move as fast as it's slowest member. Move rate modifies how much movement is used per move. A factor of 1.0 is normal, 0.5 uses half the movement, and 2.0 uses two times as much movement as normal. Vision allows some races to see at night, or even underground in the dark.
