QUEST:Spirit Bracer quest

Directions to start of quest:
    * N/A
Walkthru:
1. Go to House of Horrors.
2. To enter, get the bellhammer and type: 'ring'.
3. Go North and kill a Dinner Guest.
4. Get the potion he drops.
5. Go to the the West end of the area and up to the second floor.
6. Go through the 'heavy' and find the Prisoner.
7. Wait until the Prisoner is in the upper room of his prison and give him the potion.
8. He will give you the Spirit Bracer.

Note: The bracer cannot be held by most classes. I'm not sure which can and cannot hold it.
