Directions to start of quest:
Go to The Orc Village. The entrance is a path going north from Elven Taig inside Elven City.
Go all the way north and see the Orc Chief.
Walkthru:
He tells you to bring him 5 elf ears if you want to join his gang.  He gives you an orcist battle standard.

Go south out of the village and kill some Elves in the Elven Taig.  When you
kill and Elf with the Standard in your inventory an ear should drop out when
they die.  Collect 5 ears.

Go back to the Chief and give him the 5 ears, one at a time.

The Chief gives you A thong of elf ears.  It is auto-engrave.
