Walkthrough

   1. Go to Waterdeep.
   2. Go to the corner of Sword Street and Selduth Street.
   3. w, open west, w w 
   4. Say 'Yes'
   5. Go East out Selduth Street till you get to Silk Street.
   6. Go North to the Temple of Sune.
   7. Find the Priest
   8. Say 'Aid'
   9. Return to the home.
  10. Note down the name of the poison.
  11. Go up Sword Street untill you get to a dead end
  12. Type 'knock'
  13. Find Blackstaff. Give him the token you got and say the name of the poison "erilium"
  14. He will then send you to get 3 items.
          * Brackish Herbs are found in the Moonshae Islands. Go to Queen Robyn and say "brackish herbs" and she will tell you where to look for them. They are in the Synnorian Forest.
          * Dragon's Blood is in the Ethshar area. Find the Recruiter and say 'sign up'. Kill the Dragon and get the blood.
          * Golden Thorn is from Tethyr: South to the river, East until you find Foxfire. Say golden thorn. Put up Detect and wander around and find the thorn. 
  15. Return to Blackstaff and give him the components. He will give you a potion.
  16. Return to the man's wife. Give the dragolish potion to Mrs Thann. 
  17. You get a merchant's guild tabard, a ring, and an expensive diamond.
